A passionate technophile with both academic and industrial experience in solving real-life problems using AI and Machine Learning. With years of practice, I have a solid foundation of programming and algorithms, allowing me to swiftly implement efficient software systems.

As an MSc student at the University of Saskatchewan (USask), I have completed my coursework with excellent grades and am currently conducting research under the guidance of Dr. Mrigank Rochan. Our works on “Video Highlight Detection” reputed venues such as WACV 2025 and NeurIPS 2025 Workshop.

My undergraduate research work at IUT on “Violent Activity Recognition” was published at IJCNN 2021 and has gained over 77 citations so far.

While serving as a Lecturer for the CSE dept. at IUT which is a subsidiary organ of OIC and a leading engineering university in Bangladesh, I have taught several undergrad CS courses such as Structured Programming and Digital Signal Processing. I was actively involved in building large-scale Bengali OCR systems for govt. and commercial clients, while working as an ML Engineer at Apurba Technologies Ltd.

I aim to be an impactful engineer and develop robust and efficient systems for solving real-world problems.
